RECIPES (Makes 8)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup gluten free, organic oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I use this one by Amy Myers)
1/4 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Heat your waffle maker and grease lightly with cooking spray oil
- Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth
- Place 1/4 cup of mixer into the waffle maker
- Cook until ready
- Cool before serving
- Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup or top with greek yogurt (like I have in the image)
