Cottage Cheese Protein Waffles

You are going to love these! High in protein, low carb, low sugar and low calories. Be sure to add these to your weekly meal prep. They freeze well too 😉

 

RECIPES (Makes 8)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cottage cheese

2 eggs

1/2 cup gluten free, organic oats

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I use this one by Amy Myers)

1/4 cup egg whites

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat your waffle maker and grease lightly with cooking spray oil
  2. Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth
  3. Place 1/4 cup of mixer into the waffle maker
  4. Cook until ready
  5. Cool before serving
  6. Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup or top with greek yogurt (like I have in the image)
