I can’t believe this recipe worked! I’ve been trying different methods to create a pancake without using flour but that still has high protein and this is it! I hope you enjoy 🙂
Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 large eggs
1 scoop Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein Powder
1/2 cup water
Directions
- Mash the banana first
- Heat your skillet on medium-low heat
- Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blend and blend for 2 minutes until smooth
- Place 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto your pre-heated skillet and lower the heat
- Cover the pancake with a lid and cook each for at least 1- 2 minutes before flipping
*You must keep the heat very low and cover the pancake on each side with a lid or they may become too soft and break.
*Serve warm with syrup and berries
